How to Write the Analysis of a Research Paper
After you have completed your research process the next step is to write the analysis of your research paper. When you compose a research paper the analysis is the hardest part. It should make up the bulk of the body paragraphs and explain your findings in detail. We have included an easy to follow 5-step process for composing your research paper analysis.

Begin by locating all of the documents that you have procured during the research process. Make copies of the most important pieces included graphs and charts to include in your paper. Look these over and take notes.
Come up with a title for the analysis part of your paper. Then break the analysis up into sections with different heading names using an outline. Sort out your different research findings to fit into the categories that you have collected. Lay them out in your outline.
Once you have separated your research into different sections, proceed by selecting the most important and relevant evidence that you have discovered. Make sure that you reflect on your thesis and eliminate any details that do not make sense, are not strong evidence, or do not add to the quality of your paper. Once you have landed on three or four strong evidence points for each paragraph section you are ready to begin writing.
You may also wish to write a comparative study in your research analysis. This may be appropriate if your research results are varying.
Begin the writing process, working from your outline. If you have laid everything out appropriately all you should have left to do is find a way to compose a fluid narrative.
Make sure that you are clear and precise in the analysis section of your research paper. Explain in detail your findings and explain how you have drawn your conclusions.
Last but not least you need to proofread and edit you analysis section. Have a peer or colleague work with you to put a second set of eyes on what you have put together so far. A second person may have some ideas that will help improve your paper. They may also be able to provide you with some advice for making your analysis easier to understand.
Writing the analysis section of your research paper is the most difficult portion of the paper to put together. This is the section where you explain what you have learnt and provide research-based evidence for your findings. Remember to show confidence, and always reflect back on your thesis if you want your analysis to be successful.
